I am pleased to share an exciting update to our Quality and Safety organization.

Effective immediately, Matt Parsons will expand his role to lead both our Safety and Quality functions as Quality & Safety Manager. Since joining us 60 days ago, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership and a disciplined, systematic approach that positions him well to drive both disciplines forward. I am confident in his ability to build on the solid foundation already in place. To support this expanded structure, we are making the following changes:

— Emerson Moya will take on an expanded scope as Quality & Safety Technician, contributing his considerable expertise across both functions.

— Ivan Alvarez will transition into a focused role as Project Engineer, owning our customer-facing quality relationships and leading process documentation efforts for Operations. This work is critical to our customers and our business, and he is the right person to lead it.

These changes reflect our commitment to a stronger, more integrated approach to Quality and Safety — and to developing the talent we have. Please join me in congratulating each of these individuals on their new responsibilities.
