Dean Health Plan Living Healthy Rewards
Employees enrolled in Dean Health Plan can earn reward points for completing healthy activities through the Living Healthy program. Points can be redeemed for gift cards from many popular retailers, restaurants, and merchants.

Complete healthy activities and earn points throughout the year.
Redeem Rewards
Every 10 points equals $1 in rewards.
Annual Maximun
Eligible members can earn up to 1,500 points ($150) per calendar year.
Covered adult children
Covered adult children ages 18+ may earn up to 1,000 points ($100) per calendar year.
