Great News! The transition of your retirement plan services to Principal® is now complete! You’re now able to rebalance the transferred funds by using the personal login at principal.com or by calling the automated voice system at 800-547-7754.
Before you can access account information, you’ll need to establish a password/PIN. If you haven’t already done so, updated instructions are attached.
Once you access the account, you may:
- View or hear account information
- Change your investment direction for new contributions
- Transfer existing account balances from one investment option to another
- Utilize various tools and resources at principal.com
- View account balance information on your plan statement.
Shortly, you’ll also receive an opening statement from Principal showing the balances that transferred from your prior provider.
