Making the Grade
One of our strategic action items for 2025 is to “Enhance our Customer Service.” While many think that customer service starts when there is a call to our customer service team, customer service actually starts with delivering the trailers when we promise them.
Nowhere is this more important than with our OEM marine customers. These customers, in many cases, us our trailers as a critical part of their internal production processes. Our timeliness is imperative to their efficient production.
One customer, BRP, has provided us with our grade for January….and we hit 100% on time delivery. Thank you to everyone, from sales, to scheduling, to purchasing, to production, to logistics for making this happen.
