One of the things that stands out about this team is the range of experience under one roof. We have people who were here before most of us had heard of Karavan — and people who walked through the door for the first time this winter.
That combination — deep roots and new energy — is something worth celebrating. The people who have been here the longest carry the history of this company. The people who just arrived are helping write what comes next.
WHERE WE WORK
Karavan operates across multiple locations, with our headquarters and primary manufacturing in Fox Lake, WI. Our teams in Lebanon, Reynosa, and beyond are just as much a part of this company as anyone walking the Fox Lake floor.

Starting next month, we’re shining a light on the people who make this place run — one employee at a time. Every month, we’ll feature one Karavan team member — their story, their role, and a little about who they are outside of work. The goal is simple: we want everyone here to feel seen, and we want all of us to know each other a little better.
Whether you’ve been here 30 years or 30 days, your story matters. The spotlight will rotate across departments, shifts, and locations — Fox Lake, Lebanon or other locations alike.
