As we move into February, it’s time to turn our 2026 theme — “What Got Us Here Won’t Get Us There”—from words into daily action.

January was about alignment: why change is necessary and where we’re headed. February is about execution. This is where momentum is built—or lost.

We are starting the year strong. In January, we beat our revenue plan, which is a great early win and a credit to the work happening across the company. That momentum matters—but it’s only the starting point. One good month doesn’t define the year. What we do next does.

What Changes in February

This year is not only about doing more.
It’s about doing things differently.

That means:

  • Using data to make decisions, not assumptions
  • Fixing problems at the source instead of passing them along
  • Reducing wasted motion, wasted time, and wasted cost
  • Holding ourselves—and each other—accountable to higher standards

If something feels inefficient, outdated, or unnecessary, it probably is. Speak up. Challenge it. Improve it.

How This Ties to Our 2026 Objectives

Our goals aren’t abstract—they show up in everyday work:

  • Labor improvement comes from smarter processes and less rework
  • Freight improvement comes from better planning and execution
  • Quality improvement comes from stopping defects early
  • Owning our region comes from every trailer representing Karavan well
  • Customer experience improves when we do what we say, on time, every time

Every role matters. Every improvement counts.

A Clear Expectation

Beating plan in January is encouraging—but 2026 will be won on consistency, not early wins.

Change is not optional—but support is guaranteed. If you bring forward an idea, a concern, or a better way of doing something, leaders are expected to listen, remove obstacles, and help move it forward.

We will win this year not through slogans but through thousands of small, disciplined improvements made every day.

Thank you for the work you do and for leaning into the changes ahead.
 Let’s keep building momentum.
